The process of Incubation contemplates the support of business projects in three distinct and complementary moments, the phase of the idea and its concretion in a plan business-oriented and the creation of the company, the phase of technological conception of the product and/or service and the phase of the business development.

• Pre-Incubation

The phase of Pre-Incubation has duration of six (6) months and it is defined as the temporal period of maturation of the idea and its concretion in a plan business-oriented. In this phase, the entrepreneurs will have as main objectives the development of a business plan, the constitution of the company and the identification of the phasing of the execution of its project next to the management team of the Incubator, responsible for the accompaniment of the same throughout all the incubation process.

• Incubation

The phase of Incubation of Companies has duration of 18 months and it is defined from the moment when the business plan already exists and has already concluded the process of constitution of the company, in other words, after the pre-incubation phase is finish. In this phase, the entrepreneur is responsible for fulfilling objectives of the development and execution of the project defined in the pre-incubation phase.

• Business Development

In the phase of Enterprise Development, with the duration of two (2) years, the Incubator will guide and support the growth of the company in order to enable the sustainability of the Incubator outside the environment. In this context, in the last year of this phase, and in case the conditions of development of the company justify it – necessity of spaces with bigger areas, or the specialized installations are not compatible with the material conditions of the incubator – the company will be able to move for another space in the Taguspark, outside the Incubator, continuing to benefit from the favorable conditions and supports that the same one offers.

Every six (6) months the start-ups are evaluated by the Incubator Management Team, regarding the evolution of the development of product / service, the contribution to the community of the Incubator and participation in events organized by it.
